The site provides informational and marketing content about Harkster's AI data consultancy services; it is not a transactional platform.

3. Not a contract for services

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a binding contract by itself. Any actual consulting engagement with Harkster is governed by a separate services agreement negotiated and signed directly with Harkster Limited, which controls for that engagement. These terms apply only to your use of the website.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, graphics, diagrams, the Harkster name, and the Harkster Kernel branding, belongs to or is licensed to Harkster Limited. You may view and print pages for personal reference, but you may not reproduce or redistribute this content without our consent. The open-source MS Graph connector referenced elsewhere on this site is separately licensed under its own repository's open-source terms.
